Recipe:
1 tsp grated ginger
1 garlic cloves minced
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/3 cup water
