Ingredients:
° 2 eggs
° 2 cups sugar

° Natural yellow food coloring drops
How to prepare:
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar for 4 minutes until smooth like cream, then add eggs, vanilla and lemon peel with its juice.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and food coloring, and mix well, then make small cakes from the mixture.
We bake the pieces in the oven at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes, take them out of the oven and let them cool down, and we can sprinkle the coarse sugar on them to serve.
