Ingredients:
• 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1 pound beef steak, cubed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup beef broth
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the cheese tortellini following the instructions on the package. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until it becomes tender.
3. Increase the heat to medium-high, then add the cubed beef steak to the skillet. Season it with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is nicely browned.
4. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Let it come to a simmer, then allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Reduce the heat to low. Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.
6. Sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the mixture in the skillet. Cover it and let the cheese melt.
7. Once the cheese has melted, serve the dish hot. If desired, garnish it with some extra provolone cheese.
