Ingredients:
• 2 ripe bananas, all mashed up
• 1/3 cup of melted butter
• 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• Just a pinch of salt
• 10 Oreo cookies, crushed up real good
Instructions:
1. First off, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease up and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. Now, in a big ol’ mixing bowl, toss in those mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Give it all a good stir until it’s nice and mixed up.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
4. Slowly add those dry ingredients into the wet mix, stirring until they’re just mixed in.
5. Now, gently fold in those crushed Oreo cookies until they’re spread out through the batter.
6. Pour the whole shebang into your greased-up loaf pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
7. Pop it in the oven and let it bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
8. When it’s done, take it out of the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool off completely.
