Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp mustard
• 1 sheet of pie crust or puff pastry
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Roll out your pie crust or puff pastry and gently place it into a greased 9-inch round cake pan, trimming off any excess.
3. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly on top of the pastry in the pan.
4. Bake the beef and pastry base for about 15 minutes, then carefully drain any excess grease.
5. Meanwhile, in another bowl, blend together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
6. Spread this cheesy mixture over the cooked beef in the pan.
7. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the pastry are golden brown.
8. Allow it to cool for about 5 minutes before flipping it onto a plate to serve, giving it that delightful “upside-down” presentation.
